Call-in Time with Providers

Offered 8:00 - 8:45 AM Monday through Friday at both office locations. During this time, providers make themselves available to take calls to discuss laboratory or X-Ray results, acute illnesses for which you may wish to be seen that day, or other issues that can be briefly discussed.

Due to the large number of patient calls that come in every morning, we ask that these calls be limited to 3 minutes, to leave time for other patients. Please understand that some issues cannot be adequately addressed by phone, so your provider may ask you to make an appointment to be seen. Calls that are long and/or require a prescription or other action that replaces an office visit may be charged as a "Telephone Visit."

Please do not use Call-In Time for prescription refills, referral renewals, or to get routine lab results from your provider. These routine matters can be handled by our front office staff during our regular business hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

This is a very popular service, and Call-In Times on some days can be extremely busy (especially Mondays and around holidays). We do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum, but we cannot control the number of calls that come in each day. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any extended hold times you might experience.

During Call-In Time, our offices are also open for the following services - please call our office prior to coming in, so that we may have your charts and information ready:

  • Blood drawing for tests that require fasting
  • EKG's
  • Urine collection
  • Vaccinations
  • Other patient activities that do not require the presence of a physician
